The College of Pharmacy/University of Babylon held a celebration on the occasion of International Women s Day, managed by the Women s Affairs Unit in the college. The ceremony was opened with a speech by the respected Dean, Professor Dr. Hussam Wahab Sahib, pointing out the importance of the role of women in society in general and in the college in particular, due to the clear efforts made by the college s female members in completing the tasks assigned to them. The Dean presented a group of flowers with greeting cards to the college s female members in celebration of their international day.
