As part of the cooperation between state departments and the overlap of the workforce in the health field, a campaign for viral hepatitis was held at the College of Pharmacy. The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Professor Dr. Hussam Al-Khafaji, collaborated with the Babylon Health Department, the Department of Public Health, the Women's Unit at the University of Babylon, and the Genes Analysis Committee to organize the campaign. The campaign targeted specialized and at-risk groups, including students of the medical group (medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and nursing) for Type B viral hepatitis. The campaign included awareness lectures on the viral disease and its risks, as well as the administration of doses by specialized teams. The College of Pharmacy's involvement in this campaign highlights its commitment to promoting public health and raising awareness about important health issues.
