The College of Pharmacy at the University of Babylon is the first in the province of Babylon; it was founded in 2008, and it is thus one of the most essential sources that provide the country with efficient pharmaceutical cadres that contribute to strengthening health and pharmaceutical services at the clinical level as well as the pharmaceutical industry.

A lecturer at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Babylon has been selected as a scientific reviewer for journals within the Scopus database. Abdulkadhim Al-Amiri, a lecturer at the College of Pharmacy at Amir Adhab University, has been selected as a scientific reviewer for (3) prestigious scientific journals ranked in the top quartile within the Scopus database in the fields of biochemistry and clinical biochemistry. The evaluation of more than 121 solid scientific papers was conducted during the years 2023, 2024, and 2025.
