The College of Pharmacy at the University of Babylon is the first in the province of Babylon; it was founded in 2008, and it is thus one of the most essential sources that provide the country with efficient pharmaceutical cadres that contribute to strengthening health and pharmaceutical services at the clinical level as well as the pharmaceutical industry.

Professor Dr. Samah Al-Jubouri and Assistant Professor Dr. Ruqayya Awad participated as lecturers in the Ninth International Scientific Conference for Arab Women s Sports, held at Al-Mustaqbal University College under the title (Women s Sports: Horizons and Challenges), where they addressed the various challenges facing working women during their professional careers, highlighting women s sports as a model. This participation comes within the activities of the Empowerment Sub-Committee in the college.
