The College of Pharmacy at the University of Babylon is the first in the province of Babylon; it was founded in 2008, and it is thus one of the most essential sources that provide the country with efficient pharmaceutical cadres that contribute to strengthening health and pharmaceutical services at the clinical level as well as the pharmaceutical industry.

The University of Babylon is one of the largest universities in Iraq. It is situated on the banks of the Euphrates River in the province of Babil in central Iraq. The institution is made up of 21 colleges spread across three main locations in Hilla. The central university campus is in the medical colleges complex in the center of Hilla -Al-Iskan.

The College of Pharmacy is involved in supervising evaluation examinations in private colleges and universities. Dr. Amal Talib Attia and Dr. Ruqaya Munther Jalil participated supervised the evaluation examinations for the second round at Al-Mustaqbal University College, based on the directions of the Scientific Evaluation Department and the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Agency in the Ministry of Higher Education for scientific examinations in the supervision of final exams for medical group faculties. This was done in collaboration with the committee responsible for supervising and following up on main examinations in private universities. The College of Pharmacy's involvement in the supervision of these examinations highlights its commitment to ensuring the quality and integrity of pharmacy education in Iraq.
