University of Babylon - Medicine College Media

A new research paper was published in an international journal, conducted by Dr. Haidar Abis Hashem and Dr. Mohammed Baqir Al-Shehib (Al-Qasim Green University). The study tested 5599 compounds derived from 151 medicinal plants using molecular docking, molecular dynamics, and other advanced software and databases. It concluded that the compound D-Glucosamine effectively inhibits this enzyme with high efficiency. The research was published in the journal Biochemical Genetics, which is indexed in Scopus and Clarivate with a site score of 3.9, and it is part of the Springer Nature publishing house.
