The College of Pharmacy at the University of Babylon is the first in the province of Babylon; it was founded in 2008, and it is thus one of the most essential sources that provide the country with efficient pharmaceutical cadres that contribute to strengthening health and pharmaceutical services at the clinical level as well as the pharmaceutical industry.

The President of Babylon University at the College of Pharmacy As part of his inspection tours, the President of Babylon University, Professor Dr. Amin Ajeel Yasser, visited the College of Pharmacy, where he was welcomed by the Dean of the college, Professor Dr. Hossam Wahab Al-Khafaji. During his visit, the University President toured the corridors of the college and checked the completion rates of construction projects on the third floor of the College of Pharmacy, which include the Dean’s office, the postgraduate studies hall, the main central library, the electronic laboratory, and the elevator. These completion rates were achieved in a short period of time, along with a visit to the new faculty building among other construction projects, in addition to visiting the lecture halls and checking on the students.
