University of Babylon - Medicine College Media

The College of Pharmacy, University of Babylon, holds a workshop on the university s role in promoting a culture of volunteer work among students.
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Amin Ajeel Yasser, President of the University of Babylon, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Hussam Wahab Saheb, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, the Women s Affairs Unit at the College of Pharmacy, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a workshop entitled "The Role of the University in Promoting a Culture of Volunteer Work Among Students." The workshop was moderated by Dr. Samah Ahmed Kazim, a liaison member of the Women s Affairs Unit at the college. Presented by M.M. Zahraa Raad and M.M. Riam Hassan, the workshop aimed to emphasize the importance of volunteer work as one of the goals of sustainable development and its positive impact in promoting human values ??among students, as well as its role in building and developing society.
The workshop recommended highlighting student volunteer success stories in the media, linking student research and applied projects to volunteer initiatives that serve the community, and using modern technology and social media to spread awareness of the importance of volunteer work and encourage students to participate.
