The College of Pharmacy at the University of Babylon is the first in the province of Babylon; it was founded in 2008, and it is thus one of the most essential sources that provide the country with efficient pharmaceutical cadres that contribute to strengthening health and pharmaceutical services at the clinical level as well as the pharmaceutical industry.

College of Pharmacy / University of Babylon Announces the Competitive Exam Syllabus for Postgraduate Studies The College of Pharmacy at the University of Babylon announced the syllabus for the competitive exam for applicants wishing to pursue a master s degree in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the field of Drugs and Poisons for the academic year 2026–2027. The college administration invited applicants to review the documented syllabus and prepare for the competitive exam, which contributes to enhancing their chances of admission to postgraduate programs, emphasizing the college s keenness to provide a solid scientific environment that contributes to preparing specialized scientific staff in the pharmaceutical field. The college also clarified that the competitive exam is part of the admission requirements for postgraduate studies and is conducted according to the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
