The College of Pharmacy at the University of Babylon is the first in the province of Babylon; it was founded in 2008, and it is thus one of the most essential sources that provide the country with efficient pharmaceutical cadres that contribute to strengthening health and pharmaceutical services at the clinical level as well as the pharmaceutical industry.

College of Pharmacy / University of Babylon Holds Its Regular Session The Council of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Babylon held its regular session under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hussam Wahab Sahib, with the attendance of the assistant deans, heads of academic departments, and council members, to discuss a number of scientific and administrative issues related to the progress of the educational process in the college. The session included discussions on several topics listed on the agenda, including following up on scientific affairs and postgraduate studies, reviewing the most important developments related to the academic year, as well as discussing developmental plans that contribute to raising the academic and scientific level of the college. During the session, the Dean of the College emphasized the importance of concerted efforts and teamwork in order to promote the scientific journey and provide an outstanding educational environment that serves the students and supports the university’s scientific endeavors. The council also issued a number of recommendations and decisions aimed at supporting the educational and research process in the College of Pharmacy, in line with the University of Babylon s orientations towards achieving quality and academic excellence.
